Hi, I’m Jackson. I’m a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and an outgoing Kinesiology student with a passion for genuine conversation. I’ve proudly worked at Eagle Creek Athletic Club for over three years, and it’s still the best job I’ve ever had! My life revolves around fitness, health, and sports, so it’s incredibly fulfilling to guide my community toward goals that align with my own interests.

Hey there, I’m Spencer. I’m a proud gym enthusiast who balances a love of lifting weights with a passion for knowledge. Research, reading, and nerding out on articles are my specialties, but I also have a background in competitive basketball. My achievements include a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, ongoing studies in Kinesiology, plus certifications as an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist and EXOS Performance Specialist. In the future, I dream of becoming a certified kinesiologist, physiotherapist, or doctor, using my experience to help people reach their health and fitness goals. Hi there, I’m Bryant. I was born in Hong Kong but spent most of my life in Victoria, and I’m now a third-year Kinesiology student at Camosun College. From a young age, I was exposed to many different sports, eventually finding my strongest passions in basketball and powerlifting. With a trilingual background in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, I’m eager to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them overcome language barriers on their fitness journey.
By combining my knowledge of the human body with real-world training experiences, I strive to guide clients toward their personal goals, whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, or simply staying active. I look forward to seeing you around and cheering you on every step of the way!
Hi! I’m Victoria, a 17-year-old Student Athlete at Spectrum Community School. Sports have always played a vital role in my life—I’m currently a soccer player for the BC Provincial Program and a 2025 UBC commit, where I plan to study mechanical engineering. I also enjoy boxing, exploring music, and honing my skills in the arts.
My ultimate dream is to represent my country in professional soccer, but I believe in nurturing a well-rounded life outside the field, too. When I’m not training or studying, you might find me creating art or simply unwinding with friends.
