As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I’m driven by helping people build confidence, gain strength, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. I’ve been strength training since the age of 14, which developed a lifelong passion for movement, performance, and building a strong, capable body. I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor a few years later and have been working in the fitness industry ever since.

My background in emergency response and first aid also shapes my emphasis on proper technique, safety, and training with confidence.

Health, exercise, and sport have always been a big part of my life, so being able to support my community in these areas is something I take a lot of pride in.

My approach to wellness is holistic — I focus not only on physical fitness, but also on nutrition, mindset, and building sustainable habits that lead to real results. I truly believe that feeling good and performing well go hand in hand, both inside and outside the gym.

Around the club, you’ll usually find me at the front desk, coaching clients on the floor, or working toward my own fitness goals. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment and love helping members feel confident, motivated, and excited about their health journey.

As a trilingual trainer (Cantonese, English, and Mandarin), I’m excited to break down language barriers and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone at the gym.
