Welcome to our resistance training class! A combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell and bodyweight exercises designed to maximize your strength. It includes the fundamental principles of strengthening and sculpting your body, and the efficient way of performing a movement based on individual differences.

Short on time? No problem! Our Quick HIIT Blast class delivers the same intense workout in just 45 minutes, perfect for those who want to squeeze in a high-energy session during a busy day. You'll still experience the dynamic intervals of high-intensity exercises paired with brief recovery periods to optimize fat burning and muscle sculpting. Led by our skilled trainers, this express version of our HIIT class ensures you get the maximum benefits in less time. Get in, work hard, and get results – all in just 45 minutes!
This noon yoga class is a feel good flow class that brings a modern expression yoga with focus on doing what feels nourishing to the body, mind and soul. Blending a mixture of strength and comfort, steadiness and ease, this class gives an opportunity to sweat and rest in a warm room (20-25 degrees) full of friends. Bring your mat and props for a beautiful practice.
CIRCL Mobility is not your typical exercise program; it truly focuses on actively taking your body through movement patterns using macro and micro joint movers to improve range of motion + flexibility. Set to custom produced music that not only sets a relaxing tone, it also incorporates binaural beats + isochronic tones proven to reduce stress, improve focus, and aid in physical balance. The program is designed to be accessible to individuals of all fitness levels and can be adapted to fit any lifestyle.
Pilates is a mind/body practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention. Pilates Mat Class is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles, while also training your arms and legs. This is a mixed level class, that has low impact on the joints. Feel free to bring your own mat or use those provided in the gym.
HIIT, Tabata, Circuits and more in a brand new class called Surge. This class is designed to build up your strength, endurance and mobility while keeping things interesting with new exercises and styles each week.
A workout suitable to blast your entire body in just 45 minutes that includes a "strength-meets-cardio" type of circuit. In each round you’ll find yourself at 5-6 different stations with a mixture of heart-pumping and weighted movements; work and rest intervals vary per round. All levels will find a challenge for themselves here.
Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, we workout to the beat of the music, make noise and rock out! Participants feel the vibrations of every strike of the RipStix, which triggers biomechanical feedback, allowing the body to release stress and increase their mental health.

Zumba® is a “feel-happy” workout for every body and everybody! Instructors provide easy-to-follow choreography to latin
and international rythyms, as well as popular music and hits from the past. With choreography for all levels, you'll can enter
the class as a beginner and master the songs as a diva!
